Das 1×1 der Hochschulpolitik – Uni von Unten

Von: AStA FU
Wann: Freitag, 09.10. um 12 Uhr
Wo: Galile@
Sprache: Deutsch

verstehen

Von: Noëlle
Wann: Donnerstag, 09.10. um 14 Uhr
Wo: Galile@ Sprache: Deutsch
Workshopsprache: Deutsch
Flüsterübersetzung in Englisch möglich
Was bedeutet Weiße Weiblichkeit? Weiß-Sein und weiblich sein ist eine
mächtige und unterdrückte gesellschaftliche Position zugleich. Welche
politischen und sozialen Konflikte entstehen daraus? Welche Rolle spielt
(selbst-)kritischen Raum schaffen. Kommt vorbei!

Sex(uality) and Capitalism

Von: Sophie
Wann: Freitag, 09.10. um 16 Uhr
Wo: Galile@
Sprache: English
What do we actually need for a fulfilling sex life? And what does it take to
have a healthy relationship with our sexuality?
In this workshop, I’d like to explore these questions with you, discuss
them, and examine them from a systemic perspective. Specifically, we’ll
focus on the multifaceted effects of capitalism and all that it entails on
various aspects of sexuality, sexual relationships, and sensual self-care.
We'll talk about sex as a commodity, patriarchy, the doctrine of
productivity, sex toys, the socialist Kama Sutra, beauty ideals, the
orgasm gap, healthcare, and hopefully much more.
The workshop is intended to provide an opportunity for exchange and
food for thought. The diversity of the topic allows for the many ways in
which participants can contribute their own perspectives. There will be a
brief introduction—so no prior knowledge is required. As the workshop
progresses, there will be opportunities for open discussion and
interactive exchange. No one is required to talk openly about their own
sex life during the workshop—sharing personal experiences in the
discussions is welcome, but by no means mandatory.

Trip into the independent dance scene and
conversation about „Point of Touch“ by Alica Minar &
col.

Wann: Freitag, 09.10. um 19:30 Uhr
Wo: DOCK 11, Kastanienallee 79, 10435 Berlin
Sprache: English
POINT OF TOUCH stems from these words. Not from a desire to
celebrate closeness or from the belief that we can truly understand one
another, but from the question of what makes another person affect us.
Blending documentary fragments, personal memories, imagination, and
dance, the performance explores how human connections emerge.
Though not intentionally political, it reflects on coexistence beyond the
illusion of complete understanding. Instead of asking us to become the
same or accepting that we are too different to connect, it suggests a
third possibility: we do not have to agree in order to remain side by side.
Afterwards, there will be a relaxed conversation with the artists over
drinks. Topics include what was seen, and anything else the group wants
to discuss. We meet half an hour before the performance starts at the
theatre.
Tickets: 10,00 € (reduced). Please purchase your ticket independently. If
the show is sold out, we have a reserved contingent; please write to
freieszene@posteo.de. If ticket prices are a financial burden, we will find
a solution, just send us an email. Information on accessibility and
content notes can be found on the theatre's website.
